Meet Our Staff

Marie Roy, Office Manager

Marie originally joined Dr. Stone in 2003 as office manager, and after a short absence has returned in 2010, helping patients schedule appointments and keeping the office running smoothly. Originally from New Jersey, Marie has lived in Bucks County with her husband, Clint, since 1991 and has one daughter and three stepchildren. In her spare time she loves spending time with her grandchildren, crafting, decorating, cooking and relaxing at her home in Florida.

Kristin Wagner, Business Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Kristin joined Dr. Stone’s office in 2003. Kristin helps patients by explaining and handling their treatment plans from beginning to end. Her experience with medical and dental billing since 1992 has provided her with a wealth of knowledge to assist patients with the most recent payment plans available. Kristin is also a Certified Massage Therapist who lives in New Britain with her husband, Jason, and daughter, Samantha.

Barbara McCormack, RDH, Dental Hygienist

Barbara started her career with an A.S. degree in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting from Manor College in 1986. She then broadened her experience into Dental Hygiene earning an A.A.S. degree from Montgomery County  Community College. She lives in Doylestown with her husband, Michael, and two sons, Andrew and Kevin.

Lauren Maurer, Dental Hygienist

Lauren began her career as a dental assistant in 2007. She decided to further her education by obtaining an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northampton Community College where she graduated with honors. Lauren then joined Dr. Stone's office in November of 2010. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and husband Jeremy, and spending time outdoors.

Heather Miller, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Heather began her dental career in 1991 after becoming a certified dental assistant and received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification from Manor College in 2001. Heather joined our office in August of 2007 – in her position she restores beautiful tooth colored fillings and fabricates provisional crown and bridgework.

Laura Pekach, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Laura began her dental career as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant when she graduated from Manor College in 2007. Laura did her internship hours with Dr. Stone and became an employee at our office in June 2011. Laura recently became engaged to be married. She enjoys spending her time working out and being involved in a variety of club sport teams.

Patty McErlane, Front Desk

Patty has been working for Dr. Stone since April of 2007. Her part-time responsibilities include making appointments and other clerical duties. Patty has three daughters – Kristin, Shannon and Charlene. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, crafting, antiquing and weekends at her vacation home in the Poconos.
